Attendance and Punctuality

Anti-Ragging Policy
SBCBCA follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging in accordance with UGC and government regulations.

- Offenders will face strict disciplinary action, including suspension or legal consequences.
- An Anti-Ragging Committee is in place to address complaints and ensure a safe environment.
Examination and Evaluation Policy
- Students must adhere to examination guidelines set by Karnataka University, Dharwad.
- Use of unfair means during exams will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Continuous internal assessments, assignments, and practicals contribute to final grading.
Technology and Internet Usage Policy
- The campus Wi-Fi and IT infrastructure should be used for academic and research purposes only.
- Unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse of digital resources is strictly prohibited.
- Cyberbullying, sending inappropriate content, or violating online conduct norms will result in strict action.
Student Grievance Redressal
- SBCBCA has a Student Grievance Cell to address concerns related to academics, administration, or misconduct.
- Complaints will be reviewed in a fair and confidential manner

Consequences of Violation
